The current HOA Fee of $316 includes the following: Our own private 18 Hole Golf Course $3 a round, Our own Private Pub, High speed internet, Basic Spectrum Cable TV with three boxes, Water, Sewer, Trash removal twice a week, Pool, Hot tub, Outdoor and Indoor Shuffle board, Pickle ball courts, Tennis court, Clubhouse with many activities for all residents, Boat Docks on Lake Henry (small monthly fee), and other amenities. Florida’s best kept secret 🤫
